The pandemic has had an impact on everyone, especially small businesses.  "Our Favorite Food Trucks" project, launched in May of 2021, is designed to help promote these terrific small local businesses, which are often family owned and operated.  Trucks are nominated by their customers for recognition and we do the rest!   We write a custom verse about the truck's food, videotape ourselves performing it at the truck, and present the owner with a certificate attesting that they're one of our favorites.  Then, we post the video (and lots of photos) on social media to help promote the truck's business!  Tell us about your favorite food truck!!
